The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) is India's first public policy institution with a design thinking focus. It was founded in 2018, with an inaugural meeting at the Constitution Club in October of that year. The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) is developed by distinguished policymakers, experts, and influencers from around the world, and its core values center on exceptional faculty, extensive industry connections, and innovative methods for designing and managing policies. Our ultimate goal is to revolutionise the field of policymaking. Our esteemed Academic Advisory Council comprises distinguished individuals, including Vijay Kelkar, the Former Finance Secretary of India and a recipient of the Padma Vibhushan award in 2011, Shekhar Shah, the former Director-General of the National Council of Applied Economic Research, Arvind Panagariya, the former Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, and Maya Tudor, an Associate Professor of Government and Public Policy at the prestigious Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, among several other noteworthy members. We have a partnership with the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and our scholars receive a certificate from them upon successfully completing 10 workshops with UChicago faculty and affiliates. ISPP is dedicated to democratising public policy in India and helping build policy capacity across Samaaj, Sarkaar and Bazaar.
