Dr. Sileo’s practice emphasizes bothrnrehabilitation as well as training to prevent sports related injuries. Hisrnother areas of interest include the treatment of cartilage and meniscalrninjuries, platelet rich plasma therapy, and fracture care. Dr. Sileo currentlyrnserves as Director for the Division of Sports Medicine at St. Charles Hospital,rnand is President of the St. Charles Medical Staff.
