Our Story

We are a local family-owned restaurant and have gathered together a very knowledgeable and experienced team. Inspired by over 30 years in the restaurant industry primarily in Italian restaurants, I have been developing ideas and plans to create my own restaurant that provides excellent food and exceptional service. Finally, I have the opportunity to put my ideas to work here at Cèrto in Miami. We look forward to serving you and adding you to the family.
