Variation of Condition Allowed for Accredited Employer and Essential Skills Work Visas
Immigration New Zealand has introduced many changes in the work visa instructions to permit condition variation effective from December 2022. Accredited Employer Work Visa holders can change their visa conditions based on their employer's employment location.
The employer must be accredited and have a valid job check. This process is a job change, where instructions have been slightly amended and changes incorporated.
