Bistro Cobojo

Bistro Cobojo is the new meeting place in Bucerías. A place where yourn can find exquisite traditional Mexican dishes with a renewed vision, a rnwarm and friendly atmosphere, delicious drinks, and with its own bakery rnyou will also find a variety of fresh breads and homemade pastries.

Joeyrn Tremblay and Cory Beaujot, owners of Villa Cobojo and visionaries of rnBistro Cobojo, sought to create with this project a meeting place for rnthe community with a friendly atmosphere that would promote coexistence rnbetween locals and visitors.
